  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs. Larger vehicles should use first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.
  • Always use your parking pass.
  • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Short stays allowed in June. Rents Saturday to Saturday over the rest of the summer.
  • No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No pets allowed. Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.
  • House Rules: No smoking allowed. No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required. Accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days before arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The Rec Center pool is open year-round except for holidays or any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.
  • Community pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
  • There are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.
  • Linens (sheets and towels) will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed at the end of the beds.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA compliance or wheelchair accessibility.
  • Although elevators are checked regularly, no responsibility is taken if the elevator is not functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for elevator outages.
